3-D Theatricals Brings 3-Show Season to Redondo Beach


3-D Theatricals announced today that it will be expanding its vision into the Southern California market by bringing a “3-D-3-Show” Season to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center beginning this Summer. This young, innovative and thrilling new theatre company is fast becoming one of the hottest tickets in town by bringing the finest quality Broadway caliber productions to the Historic Plummer Auditorium in Fullerton and, now by performing at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, they expand their commitment to theatrical excellence to the beach communities of Southern California as well. Here’s a look at the upcoming season:

The hilarious tale of a recent college grad who moves into a shabby NY apartment looking for his purpose in life is told with equal parts wit, catchy songs, and puppets. The side splitting show is a California Regional premiere. For mature audiences only! This show contains Strong Language, Adult Themes, Partial Puppet Nudity, and may be deemed too funny for some humans!

I LOVE A PIANO

A celebration of the man Jerome Kern famously said, “Has no place in American music - he is American music.”  Follow a piano as it moves in and out of American lives  with songs like “Blue Skies,” “Cheek to Cheek,” “Anything You Can Do,” “God Bless America,” and of course, “I Love a Piano.”

Who would have thought Baltimore in the 1960’s would be so cool? This plus size 2003 Tony Award-winner for Best Musical, Book, Score, Actor and Actress is going to blow the roof off the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, just in time for the holidays!
