Kritzerland presents The Frank Loesser Album
Kritzerland at the Gardenia presents its one-year anniversary show, The Frank Loesser Album, on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm. The evening will star Ruth Williamson along with (in alphabetical order) Melody Hollis, Kim Huber, Kelsey Scott, Alet Taylor, and Shannon Warne, under the musical direction of John Boswell.
Frank Loesser’s musicals include How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Guys & Dolls, and The Most Happy Fella, as well as such classic songs as “Heart and Soul,” “I Wish I Didn’t Love You So,” “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” and many other standards. It’s also a very special show for producer Bruce Kimmel as the first album he produced at Varese Sarabande was an album devoted to the songs of Frank Loesser (with vocalist Liz Callaway).
Dinner begins at 7:00 pm and will guarantee you a table. Cover charge is $15 with a two-drink minimum. No drink minimum with dinner. For reservations call 323-467-7444. The Gardenia is located at 7066 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90038.
