LA STAGE Space is Coming!
LA STAGE Alliance has announced that it is in the process of outfitting its brand new LA STAGE Space, a new co-operative warehouse facility in Atwater Village designed to promote collaboration between members of the L.A. theater community. The new warehouse will house valuable resources like costumes, props, sets, and equipment that will be shared among Space member companies and individuals. The facility will also include a lounge area that can be used for rehearsals, classes, workshops and creative collaboration. (Or just to relax, memorize lines, and take advantage of coffee and free wifi.) Check out their Indiegogo campaign meant to crowd-source the funding needed to build out the space. Needed are items like shelves, furniture, clothing racks, and a state-of-the-art digital cataloging system to keep the warehouse organized and accessible. With a little help from all of you, the new LA STAGE Space will become a place that will enrich LA theater for years to come. Click Here to go to the Indiegogo page and hear more about it!
