Reprise Announces Cast for "Forum"
Reprise Theatre Company has announced the cast for its upcoming production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at UCLA’s Freud Playhouse. Book is by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.
David Lee will direct a cast led by Tony-Award-nominee Lee Wilkof, who originated the part of Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors and Larry Raben, one of the original cast members of Forever Plaid. Forum also features veteran comic actors Michael Kostroff, Alan Mandell, Ron Orbach and Ruth Williamson. The ensemble includes Annie Abrams, Stuart Ambrose, Bradley Benjamin, Erich Bergen, Matthew Patrick Davis, Meg Gillentine, Tonya Kay, Laura Keller, Mercy Malick, Russ Marchand, Candace Olsen, and Justin Wilco.
A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum will preview on Tuesday, March 16 and open on Wednesday, March 17, running through Sunday, March 28.
